Walking 2 Destiny serves the growing number of young people in South Dallas that are neglected like many areas of the Metroplex or forgotten due to the challenging social issues that they face: poverty, discrimination, abusive situations, addictions, unstable homes, and academic life. The first program is to provide clothing, food and popular gym shoes so that they can fit in with their peers and empower the youth to make positive changes in his/her life as they become involved on a personal level with others who care.

"Walking 2 Destiny is the first project of the Interfaith Service Network which is made of diverse religious traditions from around the city of Dallas. Any Church, Temple, Mosque, or Synagogue who would like to join our continuing outreach efforts are welcome to be a part of this continuing program!"
